Hi Tracey,

I just wanted to touch base with you regarding the installation of the projector we bought from Points West AV.  Beau came and installed it today and we want to say thank you for his approach.  He had to deal with a defective whiteboard and yet he adapted to the situation.  We are pleased with the workmanship and look of the finished product.  He was knowledgeable and friendly.  When he did the training he did not make us feel pressured for time and he did not make us feel ignorant when asking a question. 

I believe one of our staff will be in Kelowna on Thursday to pick up some items for the projector that we bought from Points West AV a few years ago.  Beau said he will have them ready for us.
