What is the purpose of the facility? What are the limitations? Who will use it, and how often? What is the budget? A site visit and a meeting with key personnel that can answer the above questions are enough information to assemble an initial needs analysis.
The analysis would result in a proposal. It would include: Product recommendations, customer requirements, timeframe for completion, and a cost estimate. Two or three options are usually presented.
Once the proposal is approved, the audio visual equipment will be ordered and installation will be scheduled. Equipment is tested before, during and after installation.
Once the installation is complete and approved by the customer, training will take place. A custom operating guide will be included.
