From Weddings to Meetings….

The experts at Points West Audio Visual can help you select the right equipment for your job, meeting, or event.  From microphones and sound systems to projectors and screens, we are available to provide the products and instruction to ensure your event is a success.  We test each piece of equipment prior to renting it in addition to showing you how to set it up and take it down.

The following equipment is available for rent for 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month depending on your requirements.  If you do not see what you are looking for, contact us at 250-861-5424 and we will do our best to find the equipment you need.

One of our most popular items available for rent is the Anchor Beacon Sound System.  It is a portable, battery operated sound system which is ideal for weddings on the beach to announcing the Hole In One winner at a golf tournament.  Once fully charged, the battery will last up to 8 hours.  You can connect any media device such as a laptop and iPhone.  We rent a variety of microphones to compliment the system.  The Beacon is compact (the size of a rolling suitcase) which makes it easy to transport.  The speaker tower collapses into the casing so you can roll the system to any location.  Watch a video by clicking on the link: Anchor Beacon.
