Points West Audio Visual takes a systematic approach to audio visual design and installation:
Step 1 - Needs Analysis
What is the purpose of the facility? What are the limitations? Who will use it, and how often? What is the budget?
As a start, try our Audio Visual Needs Survey!
A site visit and a meeting with key personnel that can answer the above questions are enough information to assemble an initial needs analysis.
Step 2 - Proposal
The analysis would result in a proposal. It would include: Product recommendations, customer requirements, timeframe for completion, and a cost estimate. Two or three options are usually presented.
Step 3 - Installation
Once the proposal is approved, the audio visual equipment will be ordered and installation will be scheduled. Equipment is tested before, during and after installation.
Step 4 - Training
Once the installation is complete and approved by the customer, training will take place. A custom operating guide will be included.
