Shelf
Wide-Body TV cart shall have two 18-gauge steel shelves and one 18-gauge shelf to be used as the bottom or base of the cart (BB54SX shall also include a third top shelf that is adjustable). Shelves shall be press formed with a 1/8"" lip bordering the top surface on all four sides. Cart legs shall fit flush to the shelves and interlock with welded mounting brackets for added strength. Each corner shall have 13-gauge steel mounting brackets with 1/4"" square head bolts and hex nuts that tighten to hold leg securely to shelf. The top shelf shall have two 3/16"" diameter holes centered on both the right side to accept electrical assembly. Top two shelves shall have a grommet hole at the rear for cord management.

Legs
Table legs shall be 18-gauge 1"" square tubular steel. Each leg shall be tapered so the top part fastens to a smaller shelf and the bottom of the leg fastens to a larger base shelf. Each leg shall have a hard plastic cap detail inserted into the top of the tube.

Two-Outlet Electrical Assembly
Completely enclosed electrical unit will have two grounded outlets, 20 ft. 3-wire cord and two 3/16"" diameter machine screws with wing nuts for attaching unit to pre-drilled holes in the top shelves. The left side of the top shelf shall have holes to accept the electrical assembly. Electrical assembly shall be UL listed when attached to the cart.

Castors
Each caster assembly shall have ball bearing swivel capabilities and steel construction. UL-Listed carts shall have two fixed casters. All others have two with locking brakes. Since each cart features a different size, the sizes are listed with each cart on the""model"" page.
